Gonzommos art work is pretty awesome considering it is an animation, The animation and movement i sunderstandably hard to constantly do with his drawing style which i do agree you have to ether show that you can animate well with that stlye or find a new way of drawing, like as roderickii said you need more full body animations for some instead of just moving mouths and arms and little character jumps to new poses that make it look ametuer.
So either improve animation with that drawing stlye or get a new drawing/animating stlye or just stay the way u are for a long time which would be pretty crappy, instead of just practicing and playin around with ur talents.

Love ur animations though...RESPECT!!!!!!! (srry for lengthy comment)
